Every product you order here is an individual item, printed on demand to avoid wastage and manufactured by hand for you. 

Please check the size and fit guides carefully before placing your order.  If you have any questions prior to ordering, please do not hesitate to get in touch. 

Return policy:

If you wish to request a return or an exchange, please let us know by contacting us at hello@jousca.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. You then have another 14 days to send your product(s) back to us.  

You will be responsible for return shipping fees so please check with your local post office what options are available. 

All items must be unworn, unwashed and unused. 

Faulty or damaged products:

Whilst rare, faulty products might occasionally happen. 

So that we can get this fixed for you, simply email us at hello@jousa.com including the following information:

• Your name
• Order number
• Product name 
• Picture of the fault
• Description of the fault

Where do I need to ship the item to return?
Returns need to be shipped to the UK.
